Conditions of participation for the social media competition"Freestyle Camp" on the Flow on Snow Instagram and Facebook pages.

 

General

The competition is being run by the Flow on Snow association (e-mail: info@flowonsnow.at) and announced on social media platforms as a feed post ("post"). The social media platforms include in particular the online services of Facebook and Instagram. The Flow on Snow association is free to announce the competition in other forms of media. The competition ends at the time defined in the post. Changes to the competition will be announced in the same media in which the entry was published. The decision of the jury is final. With a comment and / or like, the participant expressly and bindingly accepts the following conditions of participation. In the event of a breach of these conditions of participation, the Flow on Snow association reserves the right to exclude people from the competition.

 

Conditions of Participation

The minimum age for participation is 18 years. The competition is for everyoneResidence in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Participation is possible if all the requirements specified in the article are met. Members and family members of members of the Flow on Snow association are excluded from participation.

 

Profit

The prizes mentioned in the entry are up for grabs. Only one prize is possible per participant. Multiple wins are excluded. Winners will be chosen at random at the end of the Sweepstakes or as specified in the article and, unless otherwise specified, notified by direct message or email on the same social media platform on which they entered. Entitlement to the announced prize arises after the relevant winner has provided feedback in the form of a reply in the same manner as the prize notification was received or as specified in the letter from Flow on Snow Club. If the winner notification was made on a social media platform, the winner must respond within 7 days of the week. After this period, the Flow on Snow Association may select a new winner at random. Unless otherwise agreed, the prizes will then be sent to the winners by post. Cash payment of the prize is excluded. There is no entitlement to certain properties of the prizes that cannot be derived from the direct wording of the competition. The participants agree to this form of communication and publication.

Any user who tries to falsify the result with technical means or in any other way will be disqualified immediately. Comments or messages that violate the guidelines of the social media platforms used will be removed without notice after becoming known. Affected participants will be excluded from participation in the competition. If this removes the entry of a winner who has already been determined, that entry will be disqualified from the competition and a new winner will be chosen at random.

 

Subject to change

The Flow on Snow association reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the competition at any time without giving reasons and without announcing one or more winners. In this case (before the regular end of the contest) no one will receive a prize.

 

Legal Provisions

The Sweepstakes is not directly related to, and therefore not sponsored or endorsed by, the social media platforms on which it is run. The operators of the social media platforms, in particular Facebook and Instagram, are not available as contact persons for the respective competition. By participating in the competition, the participants accept the conditions of participation and the data protection regulations of the Flow on Snow association. By participating in the competition, the participants also agree that their personal data may be stored and processed by the Flow on Snow association for the purpose of conducting the competition and for advertising purposes and for sending offers and information. The consent to the storage and processing of personal data can be revoked at any time by sending an email to info@flowonsnow.at. Comments on social media platforms remain publicly visible until they are deleted by the person commenting. Should individual provisions of the Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining Conditions of Participation shall remain unaffected. It is replaced by an appropriate provision that most closely corresponds to the purpose of the invalid provision. Austrian law applies. The prize cannot be redeemed in cash. For reasons of better readability, the masculine spelling was used for all terms. At this point we expressly point out that the exclusive use of the masculine form is to be understood as gender-independent and that both the feminine and the masculine spelling are meant for the corresponding terms.
